My mother came home with the beginning of neglect care. I have pictures that will be submitted to the The Department of Health. My mother was never taken out of the bed. In fact her wheelchair was placed in the community bathroom. My family had to fight to see her in person because they had her on quarantine. She was never supposed to be in quarantine as a respite patient. The lobby persons were disrespectful and unprofessional. The first line of care starts at the door! Now to the care! Her bad hand smelled like death because they never gave her a full bed bath. She wasn’t in a bariatric bed and the transportation was not ordered for a bariatric transport. Mami suffered during the 2 week respite. I am very disappointed and will never recommend any of the Centers Plans facilities. I will let all of my colleagues know my mother’s experience moving forward. Sent from my iPhone
