A borderline gustopo camp. Filthy. Noisy. Staff on cell phones while working. Staff does not answer urgent call light button for help with potty needs. They say they will be right back for something you requested but never come back. Only two people I can give a positive to for service is Martha and Steven. Electrical cords and extension cords under mats next to patient beds. Fire and trip hazard. Illegal extension cords up stapled to walls. Patients crawling on floor in front of nurses station. Smoking allowed on property. Smoke smells inside building. Rules of being covid checked every day if you can get an appt to see your loved ones. They told me I had to wait for first open appt two weeks after my loved one got there. Then only a one hour visit. Head of ops Sana would walk around floor with no mask or mask on chin in the patient hallways when the visitors have to have masks on at all times. Slip hazards every where. Dirty diaper/ depend smells in hallways from trash container with broken lid. Medical equiptment blocking fire exit doors. The list goes on. You don''t need to believe me but I have photos of all violations in case anyone wants to see proof. This place needs to be shut down and all but Martha and Steven need to be fired and investigated. My loved one while I was in room came a nurse asking about her hip incision that was infected and redness on the hip. However my loved one had knee replacement surgery not hip surgery. Oops wrong patient info in wrong patient. I have voice recording of this. Call your insurance companies and report this place. It needs to be shut down now.

I drove very far to visit my relative and was informed that I would need to make an appointment in order to see them. That would have been no problem had my relative been informed of that prior to my arrival and had we not had family members visit daily never making appointments. It was very frustrating and they did not seem very busy to have allowed me to visit same day. The administrator swore she had no recollection of any of my relatives visiting prior to my arrival. Even though my relatives stated that they visited, checked in, were tested on site and were allowed to visit. How is it that you can test some one but not have record of visitation it makes no sense. The workers here are clearly not doing their job. I haven’t seen my brother since our mothers funeral in April and the frustration of that alone on top of being told that.
Read moreThe worse. I got hired and did my orientation. I had to call off because my mother was in the hospital and my DSD terminated me because of a family emergency. Not worth working there.
