My family member was here for many years they do take forever to answer call lights. Certain nurses do care. One grabbed a towel off of my family member and threw it across room. My family member was not being cared for how he was supposed to and was sent to hospital with pneumonia.

if you love your family DON''T take them here. My grandpa was here for REHABILITATION and he went home on hospice. He was here during covid and had to be isolated for 14 days they had a TV in his room he could never use because "they didn''t have a remote" he couldn''t hold the phone to talk to us right and they didn''t care at all. He was scared of the hospice nurses because he thought they had followed him home from Casa Maria his knees were bruised because he had fallen while in their care and can''t forget to mention that the hospice nurses said he was very dirty as if he was hardly (if ever) bathed while in their care.
Read moreAbsolutely the worst facility to leave your loved ones with. I would never be able to recommend this place and they way they treat the elderly it''s awful. If your reading this review because your just not sure please reconsider any other opinions.
Wonderful place. Excellent service. Returns calls and extremely helpful. Nurses are kind and treats everyone with respect and courteous.
I was in the Rehab at Casa Maria for 21 days. At ALL times the personnel were attentive, ,kind, and very caring! They helped to make an impossible situation, possible! These are amazing people with a beautiful heart of service!
The transition was very smooth. I know they made it really easy for me, on my end, because I had to fill out all the paperwork. The staff seems very attentive to my uncle's needs.
