What we like the most about the Casa Del Rio community is the fact that it is a dog friendly community and the grounds are well taken care of. Based on the experience we have had so far with this community, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.
Read moreSeveral things stood out to me about this facility. The facility and grounds are more spacious than others. The staff and residents are very friendly. They provided a one bedroom apartment for the same price as others' studio. The food service was also better. Rating of five across the board.
We picked this community because of the, price, location (next door to dialysis), friendly/helpful staff, and the shower was ADA compliant. I would tell other families, if you need an affordable, friendly retirement community look no further.
I toured this facility and it's older, but kept clean. Staff is friendly. They are pet friendly and allow residents to make a little fenced area outside of their patios for their pets to use. The outdoor area is fairly sized. The restrooms are small and do not have roll in showers.

Our only issue was there are separate buildings, so in order to get to the other buildings my loved one would have had to walk.
