"I recently went through the hiring process for a sales coordinator position with this company. After receiving a verbal offer, I informed the hiring manager that I needed some time to arrange childcare before confirming my acceptance. Despite leaving multiple messages to provide updates on my situation, I received no response until later in the week. When I finally spoke with the hiring manager, I was informed of significant changes to the job requirements that were never discussed during the interview process. Despite expressing continued interest in the position and seeking clarification on the changes, I was met with unresponsiveness and a lack of transparency. Ultimately, the offer was rescinded without any explanation, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the company and its representatives. This lack of communication and transparency is not only unprofessional but also unethical, as it disregards the time and effort invested by candidates throughout the hiring process. Despite being assured of a callback and instructed to follow up, I had to make multiple attempts to even receive a response. Overall, my experience with this company was marked by poor communication and a disregard for candidate engagement. I would caution others considering opportunities with this company to proceed with caution."

I toured Carriage Court of Hilliard. I think the best thing about it was their facility. It was large. It had great amenities like snack stations and things like that. The place is easy to access. They serve snacks like apples and oranges and you can get a drink. They also have a happy hour on Fridays. It was pretty much conducive to real life. Everyone was nice. The staff was very professional. The rooms were pretty nice. They had two sizes and both seemed somebody could live in. They were very well decorated and very well maintained. It looked almost new. The atmosphere was great. The people were friendly. It was in a very populated area. I had lunch there and the food was very fresh. You can tell they took time and they cared about what they were serving. They had fresh fruit. The tuna salad was made very well. The dining area looked nice. It was in the front of the building and they had menus on the tables. They have an activity room. When I went there, they were playing bingo. I don't know much about the activities other than what I read in the brochure. They had a party area. The facility looked very nice. It was beautiful.

What I liked best about Carriage Court of Hilliard is it had a memory care unit that if things went bad, my father could move into, but it was more of a clinical setting than what I call a relaxed communal setting. The staff seemed a lot younger. I think an older staff for that kind of place would be more comfortable for the residents. They have everything, but it's just a more clinical setting. It didn't feel as homey as the other place did. They have a gym, a salon, and laundry units. Upkeep was very good. It's near everything. It is literally in the middle of everything.
