They were all very informative and they showed us what we needed to see and explained other things. Some of the residents even had us look at their rooms just to see how much things could be changed around. They were all very helpful and friendly. The guy I talked to on the phone and set all this up has been very helpful. The place is starting to show its age a little bit, but they're really clean there and they seemed to be up on trying to keep the place COVID-free. The security with the doors and things like that, nothing's neglected. You can just tell it's an older place.

They have lost the head nurse, and director at the same time as they lost the activities director. The community has smell in the memory care area. Due to these inconsistences I wouldn't recommend you place your loved one in the community.
