This is a terrible place my Dad went there after breaking his hip for transitional care/ therapy and they didn’t even give him basic care! We had to have him taken by squad to the ER because he had a stage 2 pressure wound a UTI and lost 20 pounds!! He is now thriving with in home care!! My Dad was basically held hostage for 18 days and I believe would have died in their care!! I feel terrible for their CNA’s because this place is understaffed!!

I was there for 15 days in Isolation. The Team was awesome nice and understanding. The pt/ot came to my room daily to excercise and walk.Very nice place. Nice Nurses, Dr''s, CNA''s, Nurse Tech''s, etc.
