Horrible horrible place. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. Patients hanging out in the hallway looking half dead. Thank God a stroke saved me and I had to go to the hospital and didn’t return.
Great experience...Nice and clean facility, would love to be an employee in the future.
Beautiful appearance. Everyone greeted me with smiles and offers of assistance. Very clean, bright, rooms. I was impressed .
Dont send anyone here if you want to keep them alive. This awful place and horrific employees are why my Dads dead.

I was a patient at Care One in Evesham for roughly a month and a half while I received physical therapy and IV treatments. I was 23 years old at the time. Some of the staff was nice but a lot of the nurses were careless and there was definitely a language barrier between some of the nurses and patients. It was really sad to see how much some of the staff members care LESS about the patients of this facility. I remember having an incident one time when my IV machine wasn’t working correctly. The “nurse” emptied 3/4 of my IV medication into the trash right in front of me! A 1 hour infusion turned into a 10 minute infusion. Thank god I was able to speak up for myself. Another time, the sink in my bathroom literally fell off the wall and almost on to my foot, thank god it didn’t! If you’re considering putting a loved one in this facility- don’t. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere CARE is definitely not priority number ONE here and I don’t think it ever will be.

My friend was at Care One 3 times - the first time was many years ago and it was excellent. The past two times was during the pandemic and because they are severely understaffed, care was subpar. Food was horrible. Even the doctor said she would get better care at home. She wasn''t ready to go home but they sent her anyway and she''s gone downhill and is at the hospital again waiting to be sent to another acute skilled nursing facility. Just horrible and I wouldn''t want any family member to be at Care One in Evesham.
