One of the best care facilities I’ve had experience with. My grandma stayed here for one year they provided excellent care and support. She says they treated her like family and had humble hearts. They had great day activities and hard working staff. Thank you for everything!

They talked to my son saying that forms would be sent to him....never happened.

If there was a 0 star or NO STAR this facility would qualify for it. The staff is rude, in particular the administrative staff, Ms. Charis and Mr. Nagy who is the admission personnel don’t return calls, the receptionist is rude and very short. In general, if you want your Mom or Dad to suffer, this is the place for them. My mother was next to a lady who was crying all day “Help me Please” and everyone was casually walking around her, no one asked the dozen times I was there if she needed anything. I guess they are numb to the elderly in their environment. If you love your parents you should keep away from this place, this place is just about dollars and cents, NO FEELINGS OR COMPASSION IN THIS ENVIRONMENT. The voice recording on the phone says they are caring and compassionate, but believe me, it is the “Generations Healthcare” Corporation and all their facilities that is only looking to make money on our loved ones (My Mother) Keep away if you care about your Mom or Dad
