Do your research! There are really great people who work here, but they are faced with substantial verbal abuse by Frank who is the guiding pillar of pain and fraud for the facility. So long as he is involved, the facility will never place patient care over its bottom line. Patients are dollar amounts and not people here. Staff are always berated and left without remedial training when their shortcomings are identified. It’s the blind leading the blind and that is why it is a Special Focus facility facing closure due to their inability to uphold state and federal laws properly. Worst place I’ve ever been employed and I have worked in healthcare for over a decade!

I would have given this place a negative star review if I could . My little sister passed away 17 days after she went here . She called our older sister crying. This place is horrible do not ever send your loved ones here as the staff doesn''t care about your loved ones that are there in their care . My sister was only 37 years old. She didn''t deserve to die she went there to get help and they didn''t even help her with anything. Even her roommate wants to leave there . I''m so over this place for the negligence they give to their patients here .

She was head to toe with bruises, had a skin tear on her arm that I wasn''t told about. She was severely dehydrated and malnourished. They have no manager or supervisor that works on the weekends.
Read moreI came to Victory for some short term rehab and their therapy team did a great job while I was here! The social worker Robin worked hard and advocated for me to find permanent housing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.
