Worst place around here. My grandmother was recently in here and she was treated horribly. Absolutely disgusting I feel sorry for the others staying here
Do not put Someone you love here Zero help in evenings/nightwatcthe help will tell you no secret
Great nursing. PT AND OT are exceptional
I walked in with my walker and was told I could use the exit door ar the end of the unit (no emergency exit signs just an exit sign) the rude nurse then told me no one can ,the unit was empty and not close to being understaffed
The care here is sickening. People shouldn’t be treated like this. Paid nurses are sitting around laughing with each other while patients are ringing their bells!! I watched my friend ring her bell to no avail. She was in her wheelchair from 8am till 3 pm. She had a stroke and can’t walk or move...
The care here is sickening. People shouldn’t be treated like this. Paid nurses are sitting around laughing with each other while patients are ringing their bells!! I watched my friend ring her bell to no avail. She was in her wheelchair from 8am till 3 pm. She had a stroke and can’t walk or move herself. We asked for help while 3 nurses sat there. No one came. I went to them again interrupting their fun and reluctantly they finally came in. I saw a man in the hall at a table head slumped asleep for hours and no one would take him to his room and a bed to sleep in. They won’t come to my friend to bring her water to drink so we bought her a case of water!! However with the stoke she can’t get it or open it. So she sits there all day with out a drink ! And you call this care. It’s just a money hungry business taking advantage of human beings. Disgusting 🤢
