While researching to find an assisted living facility for my grandfather, I had the pleasure of speaking to Brian. I did confirm that the facility is not accepting Medicaid at this time, however, that didn''t stop Brian from taking the time out to help me with my search for some more facilities in the area. I can''t speak on the level of care for the residents, but if it is anything like the administrators in the office, I would feel safe knowing my loved one resides at Cadence because it was very apparent that Brian cares about helping others! My mom moved into Cadence North Raleigh in March 2024. She is only been there for a little over a week, and she is already looking so much better than she was initially discharged from the hospital. All the staff have been doing an excellent job taking care of her and helping her with daily chores like using the bathroom, bathing, and dressing herself. They also do her laundry and make her bed for her. She has been treated with respect from everyone who works at that place. And she constantly praised about how delicious her meals are. I am very happy I made the decision to place her in Cadence North Raleigh. when I went tour the place initially and saw how happy their residents are, I had a good feeling about this place. And I was right about this. Big shout out Lucy, Andrea and Brandon and bus driver Stephanie (who goes out of the way to take her to her doctor''s appointments) and everyone else who works there. I know taking care of seniors are not easy and I thank you very much for all of your hard work. I know there are a lot of assisted living communities to choose from, but from our own experience, Cadence Living is amongst one of the best ones in the Triangle area.

After doing extensive research and talking with numerous Memory Care Facilities, we made the decision to move my mom into Cadence North Raleigh. Our experience these past 6 months has been extremely positive. Lucy Blakley-Guzman made the entire process from our initial discussion throughout the move-in to be as seamless as possible. She helped us understand what to expect, and she was overwhelmingly kind and compassionate to my dad and myself. She has a true passion for this, and in one of the most heartbreaking situations, she brought some hope and comfort. The team at Cadence care about the patients, interact and engage with them constantly, and ensured they are cared for in ways that family members aren’t skilled to provide. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having to make the difficult decision to move your loved one into full-time care, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cadence North Raleigh.

Cadence North Raleigh is an exceptional Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. From the moment we first interacted with Lucy Blakley-Guzman, my family and I were met with nothing but compassionate and care. Through an extremely difficult time with our family, Lucy made us feel comfortable with the decision to move forward with moving our loved one into Memory Care. She prepared us for what was coming and was genuinely empathetic to us. We have seen direct compassion to the other families and patients who are here as well, and she has gone above and beyond to make a sad and difficult time in our lives more bearable. Truly, the staff at Cadence are fantastic, and you can tell they love and care about their patients. If you are looking for an excellent facility in Raleigh, I cannot recommend Cadence enough.

One of the most important aspects of Cadence, as with any good community, is their people. Lucy is the first face many families see when they visit Cadence and is a great representation of compassionate and caring professionalism. I can always count on her to go above and beyond in understanding a family''s challenges and for her to offer creative ways to be their solution.
