DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS MEDICATIONS. This facility is beautiful for amenities and comfort, but they are horrible when it comes to concerns for residents medication safety and care. They were giving my grandmother incorrect dosing of medication at incorrect times and even ran out of one her blood pressure medications and did not give it to her for 5 days without notifying her MPOA. She is a high risk patient and cannot go without her medications. This facility is now refusing to give us her medical health record even though federal law requires them to release medical records to the patient. They are even refusing to send medical records to her primary care provider. Find a safe place for your family member, they deserve better than here.
