Recently, within the last 6 months there has been a rush to fill the apartments apparently without any assessment of persons taken in. The result has been confusion with respect to policies for smoking, pets, dress code, decorum, etc. The result is a contingent of indigent people that are sometimes without resources or guidance. No tours for the new residents. No follow up on welfare of new Independent residents. As far as the appearance of the public interior, It shows signs of decay and neglect.. What may have once been an elegant facility, no longer is living up to its past reputation. Soiled and torn carpets Unwashed exterior windows and doors. Intake seems to trend toward Assisted Living or marginally Independent Living.

My friend moved into Premier Cadbury at Cherry Hill. It has been very good, so far. It is a very large place and they have very nice amenities. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have activities for the residents. They have white linen dining in the evening. Food is available most of the time of the day. They have an indoor pool and an indoor gym. They go on shopping trips. They bring people in to do things. They have woodworking and crafts. My friend said the food is good, and their price is very reasonable.

Staff was pleasant and helpful when ask for something.
Staff do their best to be helpful, and seem to be taking good care of my sister who is staying there. I was delivering items that my sister needed, and they let me borrow a cart to more easily bring them in. Much appreciated. They did not have to do that.

I go to see my aunt several times a week at different times..there are so many good nurses there . but also some not so good ones too..It a shame how some patients ,just sit in their messes so much and stink..So many stay in their rooms and get no attention..while some of the nurses are on their phones, watching TV.etc. So many of the patients like my aunt..can not talk..to tell you their cold or warm..or that they need help eating..it seems some of the needs of her are lost in communication...all in all she seems ok most of the days..I''d never want to be in this nursing home though...
