seems this place has just changed it''s name so it could get rid of it''s 2.9 stars...such a terrible company!! They''ve bought out clarion hospital and now clarion hospital is worse than ever!! I will NEVER go back to clarion hospital now...i''ve gone there for many years to get blood work/lab work...

seems this place has just changed it''s name so it could get rid of it''s 2.9 stars...such a terrible company!! They''ve bought out clarion hospital and now clarion hospital is worse than ever!! I will NEVER go back to clarion hospital now...i''ve gone there for many years to get blood work/lab work and have never had to pay anything not even a copay but now all of a sudden now that butler is involved I''ve had bills from them for $35 copay for having an EKG which i''ve never had one before so didn''t question the copay but now I''m sure I shouldn''t have paid it because now almost $500 for blood work are you effing serious?!!? how does it go from zero to $500?!? it''s like well since she paid the $35 we can just keep tacking on payments and she''ll just keep on paying(ya I know that scam!!) except i''m never going to step foot in ANY place that has to do with Butler memorial hospital or Butler health systems whatever they want to call themselves again...I already said how terrible butler hospital was and now they''ve completely ruined clarion hospital too :( ...that''s probably why they''re trying to charge me because i told the truth about how terrible butler hospital is...I feel ashamed this place even exists in the usa! I''m sooo sorry for everyone/anyone who has to go to this awful place! Update after spending hours on the phone during multiple 3 way calls with my insurance company and the hospitals billing dept(the billing dept is always busy and one time they answered after a 20 min wait just to hang up on us?!) it seemed we finally had it all figured out(i had no copay like i thought) but a month later got a letter from a COLLECTION AGENCY??!! so my mother and i drove an hour to the hospital, visited the billing dept and the lady says let me see this collection letter and asked me my name/dob and said i should have never even been sent a bill at all!! and she said she would take care of it...i just wanted to take a video of her saying that...haven''t recieved anymore collection letters so... UPDATE my primary health care doctor said she also had the butler/clarion hospital send her account/bill straight to collection instead of first asking her for the payment?! she said idk why they''d send it to collections i certainly can afford to pay!!?? i think she said she had a copay around $8.00....so something''s not right here... hopefully you can get to some other hospital if you need to go in order to avoid whatever financial scam is happening with them...

I love the staff at out patient PT at Jefferson Street. I am making progress after my knee surgery and am very grateful for the excellent care.

Ok I always go to butler hospital to get my bloodwork done I''m probably one there most difficult patients to get blood from. I''ve had Jeff draw my blood about last 4 times I''ve been there he is absolutely fantastic, patient and kind!!! He does a very good job everytime. They are diffinatley lucky...

We visited Butler Health System''s Dermatology Dept at Benbrook this morning. If I could give them a 20 star review I would. My son had a medical condition that they squeezed him into their schedule due to the urgency of his condition. They immediately realized that his condition required a surgeon....

We visited Butler Health System''s Dermatology Dept at Benbrook this morning. If I could give them a 20 star review I would. My son had a medical condition that they squeezed him into their schedule due to the urgency of his condition. They immediately realized that his condition required a surgeon. The staff went over and beyond to find a same day appointment with a surgeon. The caring, thoughtful treatment he received was very much appreciated. Great job BHS Dermatology your staff is incredible.
