I pick up shifts here regularly and I love working here. The nurses are so nice compared to some places I have worked at. They have plenty of supplies they keep the facility clean. The residents are a pleasure to work with.

I just returned home from my father''s monthly care conference. As always I found everyone welcoming and concerned. My questions or concerns are always addressed at these conferences. Sufficient time is allotted to address my dad''s care and any issues raised seem to be taken care of right away. I am pleased with the conditions of the building, attention to the needs of the residents, and the respect and thoughtfulness from each employee. Everyone makes my dad feel special and I am most appreciative.

I have worked perdeim at 40 ishrehabilitation facilities in the Philadelphia area and I would say it the facility is cleaner than 90% of them and the nursing/cna and rehab staff seen attentive to the patients from what I have seen. No real complaints from observing my grandfather a few weeks .

“This was my second stay at Brookside, as a result of spinal cord surgery. I was impressed by the appearance & cleanliness. I was concerned about the level of service from those who took care of me, in which, after a short stay there was no concern to be had. The care I received was always thoughtful,, helpful & concerned for my needs. Needless to say, there was no hesitation of where I wanted to go when rehab was needed again, due to how great I was treated my first stay at Brookside. All of the employees, at all levels, were extremely caring of my welfare. Erin & Kameisha provided excellent care. I would recommend Brookside for anyone looking for rehab & long term care services.”
