Whoever is writing these positive reviews-and I am convinced that someone is fabricating them- is a merciless liar. The one-star reviews are accurate and factual. This is not where you want yourself or your loved one to be for the reasons stated in the bad reviews.
Brooklyn Queens Nursing Home was the worst place ever I wish my doctors wouldn''t have sent me there not all of the staff was bad but the service they provided for me sucked I would not recommend this place to no one even staff members are quitting over there so what does that tell you

The PT staff is excellent and got me back on my feet faster than expected with their dedication and knowledge in a friendly and teamwork oriented atmosphere. The nursing and other staff is caring and cheerful which made my stay overall a pleasant experience. The facility is clean, but could need a little makeover to earn it an even higher rating.

The security guard standing by the door on Saturday, August 13th was rude and uncouth. We wanted information about how to visit our loved one, not a grumpy lecture. If they want people to send their loves here, they should change the first person they see on the way in. To be fair, the nurse who we spoke to about this was incredible kind, and promised to speak to him and remedy it, so, “two stars.”

I had surgery and, I was sent to this AWFUL place. The nurses (especially Abraham was AMAZING). I also enjoyed the time I had with the physical therapy. The social worker (who recently started the position was absolutely unprofessional!) .ANGELA NEEDS TO BE LET GO IMMEDIATELY!I also needed to have my stitches taken out, and to this day I am finding pieces of the stitches left in my right leg . The most bazaar part is they allowed a patient who brought in drugs stay in the facility when he gave another patient the drugs and Overdosed! Thank God he didn''t have permanent damage (so I was told). They charged $450 (per day). I was crammed w. Three other women thats $1,800 DAILY. It was a constant battle to speak w. The doctors and as I said I had major surgery I had to be a pest so that they could clean my wound and take my stitches out adequately. The evening nurse on the "quarantine " floor was an angel. I wish was there more. Please CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

I have no clue who is writing these reveiew but it''s all B.S my dad was admitted to this facility . Facility needs a major upgrade ..they need more willing to care for patients staff. Thank God my dad isn''t there anymore. One evening I went to visit my dad and I was horrified to find the condition he was in . My dad was eating slop mushed food . He didn''t have full use of his hands therefore he had food all over his hands face and gown and bed . On top of all that he was sitting on his own feces. SW worker was never available and when questions were asked , No one had answers. This place is really Sad. One star is for the PT they helped my dad gain strength to walk again.
