I have to go out of my way to give credit to the young ladies at the front desk, Kelsy and Darlyn. They''re both consistently nice, sweet, and helpful. When the nursing staff ignored my mother''s need for assistance to change her phone batteries, Darlyn personally went into her room to help her. I wish I had better things to say about the nursing staff, but there have been consistent issues with the way they treat my mother. They never respond in a timely manner when the nurse button is pushed and often ignore my requests for better care for my mother. Hopefully, the nursing care will improve.
