Brookdale Wayne was very nice, but the apartments were very small. The only downside to it is that the facility didn't have independent living, which is what we were looking for. The staff was very nice. I met them there, they took me around and showed me the units and showed me the facility. All the meals were cooked for you. They did have studios and then they had one-bedroom apartments. The rooms were nice, but the cabinets were kind of old and needed to be updated a little bit.

Read moreWe toured Brookdale Wayne AL/MC when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. The facility was very nice. The staff was also very nice. It just wasn't the right fit for my loved one. We decided to continue on with our search.
Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Wayne and based on the tour experience and what we saw of the community we thought it was excellent!
We had a horrible experience. The staff was rude and nasty. Upper management did not help but they had a lot of agency employees who no one could understand. Especially the elderly. I thought it was the answer to everything!! But they were just liars and don't care about the residents.
