Personally, I would not recommend anyone to have their loved ones here! I say that because half of the nurses (one named either Tyesha or Tyisha & another named Precious) aren''t attentive at all! Instead of them tending to patients every 2 hrs., they just do whatever they want! To make matters even worse, they have some of the nastiest attitudes to be nurses! Also, half of all the other employees from nurses to PCTS, CNAs, and even housekeepers have them, nor do they believe in introducing themselves as well! However, all of the higher-ups, such as the therapists and nurse practitioners, are very courteous! For I do know what it is, but it seems like mostly all of the Black employees (btw, I am also Black) either have bad attitudes or are usually ghetto & messy! Believe it or mostly all of the higher-ups (which are white) are usually way more courteous & professional, which I find pretty sad!

She was admitted on a extremely short notice and Brookdale was very accommodating. All the nurses were extremally helpful and kind to us all. We truly believe we have found our grandmother her forever home!

Don''t even want to it one star. So thankful I was able to remove my mother from this facility within a month of her being there. She was left in a hallway alone and fell out of her wheel chair which damaged her arm to the point it was no longer useful. She was assaulted by a male custodian in her room( I had a bear camera installed after that) and was never properly attended to. The final straw was the male custodian in my mothers room in the middle of the night alone with her with his feet on the bed watching BET??? I had her removed that morning! This place is NOT where you want to take anyone you love!

Beautiful facility! & Great staff ! Dietary manger definitely knows the residence and how to treat their diets ! Highly recommended 🙂
