The only nice one there was a nurse named Tonya! She was nicer to me than any of the staff, especially the one’s in charge! I was in tears! They’re absolutely horrid! Didn’t get to my Mom on time & she pooped & pee’d all down her legs. These were separate incidents

Brookdale Trinity Towers was very nice. We looked at a small apartment for independent living, and it was nice. My only concern with my mother is she really shouldn't be cooking and there's a stove in there and I'm afraid that even though she shouldn't be cooking, she will be. That's my biggest concern because she pretty much does what she wants. Otherwise, it was a nice apartment. If it were anybody else, I think it would be good. The staff was very informative. It's a beautiful place with a nice view of the water.
