I have chosen Brookdale Springs Mesa because of the environment. Overall, I like what it offers. They have various activities. They have an activity room, a physical equipment room, and a craft room. They have a lot of available services from moving to outings and special transportation in some cases. The cleanliness was excellent. The apartment was good. It's very accommodating. It had a refrigerator, a little two burner on top of the counter, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a sink. The food was excellent.

Brookdale Springs Mesa was a very nice place. The room we looked at was very, very nice and was more within our price range. It was a one-bedroom apartment and so we enjoyed it. We had lunch there. There were five of us and all of us had different things and everybody said that their food was very good. Andrea was the lady that did the tour and she was very nice and very informative. They showed us independent living and said that if we needed more care for my sister, she wouldn't have to move. She would still get care right there, whatever room she chose. Everything was great. That was the best place we toured yesterday.

My mother will be moving into Brookdale Springs Mesa. The place was very clean. When we walked through moving our stuff in, somebody was cleaning some of the rooms and the hallways were clear. The dining room looked fantastic, and it was just really nice. We tried their food and it was very good. The staff and the residents were all very nice. There was an issue with the original apartment we chose and then they took care of switching it to one that works without any problems. When we were there, we saw some residents doing puzzles. Several areas around the facility had tables set up with puzzles. There were some people in the lobby area talking to each other. It looked like a very friendly place, and I know my mom would be able to make friends and have a lot to do. They had a library, which was part of the lobby area. They had a swimming pool and a salon. They had a movie every night that you could go to and they had church services and Bible studies. They would also take them to the grocery stores and doctor's appointments.
Read moreI looked at Brookdale Springs Mesa. The staff was wonderful. She was very sweet and nice. It's a beautiful place. Everything looked very nice. The room sizes were very nice and very adequate. Every room had a little terrace; it was very nice. The facility was very pretty.
They made the whole process easy. They were flexible with move in dates and really helpful explaining all the different costs associated with moving in. And even after move in, they still are prompt and helpful with any questions.
Most of the employees at Brookdale Springs are very professional and very nice, and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend The Brookdale Springs Mesa community to other families.
