My grandmother was at this facility to recover after breaking her hip. The care and attention were terrible. My grandmother was at this facility to recover after breaking her hip. The care and attention were terrible. The initial tour was a total sales pitch to get you in the door and believing it was going to be a great experience. She had one amazing CNA and the rest of the staff was to be desired. I understand that these folks are understaffed and overworked - and it shows. At one point a nurse told my mother that she “asks too many questions”. Many of the residents there have no one to advocate for them so to have a staff member say that was disturbing and discouraging. Plus, upon evaluation at her new facility they discovered bed sores. Having never been in a care facility before, it was an unfortunate and sad experience for all family involved and it felt as if we were a burden to the staff responsible for her care. No support and would never recommend.
