They seem understaffed. You’re basically paying for a nice building. Errors in billing. No priority to keep Memory patients engaged and stimulated. So far a thumbs down.

Read moreI think Brookdale is great. It's clean. It's laid out very well and is very comfortable for the residents and their visitors. The staff are great. It's pricey, but I think it's worth it. It's a great facility, and we've been very pleased.
When this place was the Carriage Club it was excellent. When it became Brookdale Carriage Club, it went down drastically. Prices are much higher.
