We moved my mom here from another facility where the care didn''t meet our expectations. From the beginning we have been so impressed with the caring and responsive staff. There are true connections between the people who work here and the people who live here, and a real sense of community. My mom is treated with patience and understanding, and she has told me more than once that they take such good care of her. I am grateful to have found Brookdale.

Brookdale Burlington seemed very nice and very clean. The respite rooms were roomy and acceptable, but the only problem was that, at this point in, we are not needing anything longer than three or four days. The staff who toured us seemed very nice, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. I explained to her that this was probably not going to happen any time soon because it wasn't anything I needed for long term and they had a two-week minimum. But the staff was still quite helpful and toured us. I had minimal interaction with the staff, but they all seemed very pleasant and said hello. We went into a respite room and saw the others, and they were all very nice and clean. The floor plan seemed OK. It was all on one level and in H-shape, and it seemed to be pretty easy to navigate even with someone with limited mobility or limited memory of where they were going.
