You can tell there are some staff specifically CNAs that really care about their patients wellbeing but they’re understaffed and under under appreciated. If a family member was not there to check on my grandmother daily she wouldn’t have received any care whatsoever. We needed to constantly remind them and ask them to empty her colostomy bag and wound care. If the resident cannot advocate for themselves they will not survive here! My grandmother went untreated and wound up septic! And they still wouldn’t provide care. We had to demand she be sent to the emergency room to save her life.

So far, my mom is NOT to happy there. The food is not good. Staff tend not to nurse the clients to better health. My mom doesn''t like it here. Cleaning staff missed something in the bathroom. This isn''t healthy, especially if my mom is nervous about staying.
