A place that doesn''t answer the phone is not good.
I will say when looking for a nursing home for mom . This place was very clean . It really took to my heart when I saw patient with a nurse and she was hugging her. They took care of her. They were nice and would bring her books . She was in good hands .
This facility is kept nice and clean and the staff there are very friendly and professional. I will be recommending this facility to all my family and friends.
Brighton place has excellent staff and Covid procedures are in place. They are welcoming and very courteous here. You can tell the nursing staff love their jobs. Would recommend this facility to any one needing rehab or any nursing services.

My mother recently was admitted into Spring Valley Nursing facility. I cannot tell you how accommodating, caring and hard working the staff has been from the Social Worker, Yvonne and Jenn, Director of Nursing. Phil, Facility Administrator, is hands on, available and very efficient. The food service is surprisingly good and delivered to each room. What a wonderful group of people who work hard every day and they outdid themselves preparing the residents for COVID and keeping them calm and safe.

My mother was in rehab for 3 weeks at BPSV. It was definitely a positive experience for her as well as our family to know that she was well cared for by the entire attentive staff (nurses and therapists). Everyone that we encountered in person or by phone was professional & empathetic. With the current stress of the CoVid pandemic & not being able to go inside for visits, they did everything possible to put our family at ease by keeping us informed & allowing our daily visits with mom at her window & speaking over the phone. I highly recommend the BPSV if you''re in need of a skilled nursing facility & rehab for your loved one.
