My 80 year old, healthy father is at Bridgeway after double knee replacement following surgery at The Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC. His orthopedic surgeon is among the best in the world. His rehab experience at Bridgeway thus far has been miserable. While the physical and occupational therapists treat him well, and work him appropriately, the staff ignores him. No one answers his “buzzer” when he needs help, and they leave him in a wheelchair for up to an hour after saying “I’ll be right back.” I hope Bridgeway sees this tonight, because I will be there tomorrow, and I’d like to able to speak to someone about the day to day care. The facility is really nice, and it’s very clean. Perhaps they’re understaffed. I will post again. PS… the food is barely edible. My old man eats darn near anything, and he sends meals back.

My relative is being treated with respect by caring and cheerful staff. The facility has warm and welcoming feeling. The therapy staff was very conscientious.
My Mother has been at Bridgeway Hillsborough for about 2 Months. She is well taken care of. I would recommend this facility to everyone.
