Absolutely not what I expected nor what they had communicated! Not all incidents are properly documented. Excuses never-ending! This facility lacks compassion, empathy and communication. They do have a reason for it all! Yes their staff has been their for 10 plus year''s. That means they are stuck in their ways and refuse to change! If you have the opportunity to take your family elsewhere I strongly encourage it.

We put our grandmother in based off referrals and reviews and so far it has been a nightmare. This place could careless about their patients. They hit the nurse light and it dings for over an hour. Every time we are here I find myself showering or cleaning her myself after having accidents. We tell the nurses and aids and they don''t do anything to help until its convenient for them. The point of having a rehabilitation facility/nursing home is to ensure our families are taken care of and as of right now they aren''t. I wouldn''t recommend this place to anyone at all.
