This was a horrible experience. The community doesn't have 24 hour staff available. I spoke to the owner several times, about issues and they weren't resolved. The caregiver would be on site for 24 hours a day for a week, and they would sleep overnight, instead of caring for the residents overnight. Due to no staff, the community placed adult diapers on my loved one to be able to go to the bathroom, because my loved one couldn't find the bathroom at night. The staff refused to give showers to my loved one, because it was too difficult, and I would go to the community to give my loved one a shower instead. The community wasn't secure for memory care residents. I ended up moving my loved one out of the community due to the poor experience we had.
