My grandmother Betty Bowles was there, she had an amazing staff taking care of her. Thank you to Tammy, no matter the time, she would walk to my granny''s room and check on her for me.
This place is ran like a nursing home should be! The staff is constantly interacting with residents, they come immediately when the help button is pushed, it’s very clean, and meals were exceptional! Thankful for the care they provided my mother in law.
I have worked for signature for 19years i think it is the cleanest home I have every been in the residents are our number one priority.
This place does not know raw meat when they see it . Who knows what you''ll receive.
This facility took excellent care for my Mom. They planned activities to include patients and involve each to their capabilities.
This facility needs a better phone system for the patients! A cordless phone with the base at the nurses station is useless. I''ve tried several times to talk to my sister who is a patient there and can''t understand anything she says and apparently she can''t me either because the connection is bad...

Are the owners too cheap to have a phone and a TV in each patient room like a normal Rehab Center? The patients are told to bring their own cell phone and their own TV!! Sorry if I sound upset, but I live in NC and can''t be there with her so calling is the only way I can visit with her right now.
