This place is not a great place to work. They are severely understaffed residents are not receiving proper care. There''s poor communication among office personnel they will tell you one thing and then another will tell you the opposite causing frustration.
Such loving and caring people. I hated to move my mom but she needed memory care.

Recently tried to transfer my father here due to him needing long term skilled nursing care. Got nothing but the run around! Incredibly poor communication from the administration office! Changed their requirements daily, asked for 20k up front, then denied based on " he may not qualify for medicaid" (though he does due to his disability), finally said they wouldn''t take him due to lack of ability by staff. We provided everything they asked for and even scrounged the 20k they asked for and they still made excuses about him not qualifying! Tabitha was unhelpful, unfriendly, and judgemental!
