Called this facility 3 times, 1st try the phone rang for quite a while and then finally picked up so I waited for a greeting and when none was given I said hello multiple time and asked if anyone was there then got hung up on mid sentence, 2nd try which was as long as it takes to redial from the first call (about 5-10 seconds) the phone rung until the line disconnected, and the best one in my opinion, the 3rd attempt at calling the phone immediately picked up on the second or third ring and all I heard is an irritated sign and a lady yell at me “HOLD ON MAAM!” (in my opinion this was extremely unprofessional behavior for a healthcare worker or really anyone but could just be me) was repeatedly taken on and off of hold (with nothing said because I was put back onto hold everytime I spoke) for about 10-15 minutes until i finally just gave up on the task and decided to attempt to find the answers myself. I have not met anyone from this facility face to face nor do I wish to because this makes everyone there seem extremely rude and uncaring and it seems like the majority of these reviews agree. I DO NOT want to call your numbers nor email you but I do urge you to take all of our reviews into consideration because no matter how much you say that “this is not a good reflection of our facility” let’s face it if this many people have negative thoughts on your facility things need to be changed like oh I don’t know how to make a proper introduction on the phone or maybe some manners. But you do you and eventually the negativity will catch up to this place. I hope for everyones sake that a lot of things change. Have the day you deserve.

I did have to MAKE them call an ambulance because I had been telling them for several days she has a UTI. Well she did and it was a bad one. She had to stay in the hospital for a week. When she came back she was moved to the long-term hall where she is in a 6x6 area but the roommate has more room. She gets back and a week later gets another one. I''m not sure if they ever got the results because I was never told any. They did start her on an antibiotic but it was a 5 day one and she is still not feeling well. I''ve talked to several people there to have a Nurse Practioner call me but as of today March 11, 2024 no one has called me from the message I left on March 5th. They also did bloodwork I requested to check her kidney levels as she has a kidney disease. I have not heard anything on this either. If you ask a tech something, they have to ask the nurse. The nurse comes to talk and says they will let said NP know and that''s where it stops. If they need medicine, like my mother needs for her mouth since March 5th, they have to send out for it. They can''t send out for it because the NP has not ordered it because she has not been there to see her. So she has been suffering with Thrush since before March 5th. I have asked several times (left notes on wall as well) for her liquids and foods not be left near her as she cannot do it without spilling it all over herself. I have found coffee spilled on her, water spilled on her, hawaiian punch spilled on her and recently a whole glass of water, luckily with a lid on it, under her blanket. Someone there told me the other day that her belongings should have been logged in just in case something goes missing. I don''t know who is supposed to do that but they have never done it while I was present. The administrator is always asking me, how things are going but I''m always in a hurry so I can''t stop. Well, one day, I sat down and wrote all my concerns out and gave them to her. I have passed her several times since then with no, I am looking into your concerns or anything, just nothing. Right now my mother has an awful rash that I am trying to tend to every day when I am there. When people that used to work at facilities as this one and say, pop in every chance you get, that is true. They also say, don''t complain or your mother will pay for it. God would only hope that does not happen. Who works at these places that does not have compassion for elderly and vulnerable people. Please don''t respond with one of your automative responses saying, have I reached out to whomever, because trust me, I have and it doesn''t help. Let me add, I will be glad to take this post down if things are corrected.
