She would would like to recognize Lisa Foster her CNA for the wonderful job she does. Also would like to the thank Encore Rehab team for the wonderful therapy that she received. Her cota Gabriela was the best. She would definitely return and she would recommend anyone to Brookview.

Brookview Healthcare Center is not patient-centered and they have a one size fits all approach to residents. The administrator is hard to work with when a problem arises. She seems more concerned with everything being the way she wants it rather than doing what is best for the residents. They talk a really good game which is probably why they were able to pass their DHEC inspection last week. They have recently had to close a unit due to the number of residents at the facility. This is not surprising. When you offer subpar service residents leave and new ones won''t come.
