My aunt has been at Cedar Creek of Bedford for almost a year now. It is exceptionally clean, and the staff is excellent. The residents get well cared for. Each day, they have different activities for the clients that are there. It is a wonderful place. When we talk about the food, sometimes my aunt likes it and sometimes it's so-so. I've been there when they serve the food, and it all looks good to me. They have a big family room where the clients can watch TV, plus they have different rooms for their activities. They have some type of different activity every day of the week. In the morning, they always have devotions. And then they have a church service on Sunday morning at 10. They are very, very good there. They've got the best well-being care for the patients. They will take them to doctor's appointments or whatever.

Bliss Place is a haven for those who need care that family members are unable to provide. The nurses and others, show supreme respect to their residents. My Mother resides there currently, as well as my Mother-in-law, and they are treated like family. I have observed the staff having great patience with residents who are very needy. The relationship between all who work there is remarkable. We are blessed to have such a clean, beautiful place for our family members to call home.

The staff is very friendly, accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure my dad is cared for and safe. I very much appreciate that when I am not able to be with my dad that I don’t have to worry about him. He is happy and healthy and content with his surroundings. The staff makes sure that the residents have the opportunity to attend events offered. Could not ask for a better place for my dad to live.

My sister and I visited 3-4 facilities before deciding to go with Bliss Place. There were a few factors that went into this decision...friendliness of the staff and watching how they interacted with their residents, talking with other family members who had residents living there, the amount of care our parents would receive, and the location. After choosing Bliss, there was never a single minute that I regretted that. The staff became our family and they treated our parents as if they were theirs. Often we would hear the staff tell Mom and Dad that they loved them and we would also hear Mom and Dad say the same. Unfortunately, our parents both passed in the 8 months they were there, with only 4 months apart. I truly cannot imagine their end of life being any better anywhere else. Bliss Place blessed our family when we needed it the most and we will always be thankful for the time Mom and Dad spent there.
