I recently chose Home Instead to care for my brother who is a Parkinson's Disease patient who had had a bad fall folllowed by a lengthy hospitalization. Upon being discharged from the hospital, my family agreed that he could not be left alone at his home. Home Instead was just one of the recommended companies who I considered. This past weekend, his caregiver did not show up but his overnight caregiver would not leave him until someone else showed up. We so appreciated this and wanted to pass this onto the public. All of his caregivers have been caring and have helped clean and take care of him & this home.

I was in Houston, at MDA, and they required me to hire a professional caregiver to accompany me to and from procedures with anesthesia. The coordinator of the services at Home Instead was wonderful, as was the caregiver that assisted me. I will use them again if the need arises, and I will ask for the same caregiver. We are very appreciative for the quality caregiving Home Instead provided. They are professional, caring, accommodating, and flexible. Donna, our caregiver did a fantastic job taking care of our mother. She was responsible, caring and made sure our mother received everything she needed during her shifts. We were so fortunate to have her working for us. Home Instead constantly communicated with our family to make sure we were getting everything we needed and making sure we were happy with Donna.
