I visited Bickford of Crawfordsville. It was very nice, and very clean. The people there seem to be very helpful. We certainly were considering that place before dad passed away. The staff were well organized, and they were able to answer all our questions. They were helpful and considering my stepmother for the assisted living. They also allow pets, which was going to be good and a big thing for us. They took us on a tour, and we saw one of the rooms that was occupied so you could see how it was all set up. It showed what you could have or not have with that type of thing. They have a really pretty patio and have a little area where people could do their hobbies and things like that.

My relative moved into Bickford of Crawfordsville last June. It was close, I liked the facility, and it was small. The rooms are nice, clean, the staff is always real nice, I haven't had any problems yet. She hasn't complained about the food, they have bingo, exercise, and church. The surroundings are beautiful, flowers everywhere, it's very inviting and nice. There are lots of covered porches for them to sit on, just real comfortable areas for them to sit outside.
Read moreMy mom was only there for two weeks. They did a good job taking care of my mom. It served our needs. I would recommend them to a friend. They offered different floor plans all of which were adequate. They have an outdoor courtyard for residents to use. Overall it was a positive experience.
