The care my friend has received there has been nothing short of appalling. She doesn''t get the medications she has been prescribed, no one answers when she rings the bell for help, they won''t come to help her to use the potty. She has had staff members YELL at her when she has expressed her needs. Frankly, it''s shocking and barely believable. She is there to recooperate from surgery, but she is not healing under these conditions. Her health has literally declined since she has been there. It''s awful.

Who discharges a patient and doesn''t give the patient their hospital discharge paperwork, prescriptions, or call in their prescriptions so the patient doesn''t have to go without while trying to get anyone there to answer a phone or call back? I have a lot to say about this place, and not much is good. One good thing is they''re right next door to the hospital. When I calm down from being angry over all they have done wrong, I will update further.
