My aunt has been a patient at this facility for 4+ years following a large stroke. My aunt has been a patient at this facility for 4+ years following a large stroke. She has been fortunate to have been under the excellent care of several nurses (Christina, Wendy and others) who have kept me updated on her status when I visit and by phone with any pertinent changes. Nancy, in the financial office, was very helpful in guiding me through the Medicaid application process for my aunt ( a daunting experience). The facility''s response to the Covid pandemic was rapid and precise, resulting in very few residents developing Covid. I would have liked to have seen a greater percentage of staff vaccinated though (which is my primary reason for a 4 star vs 5 star rating). My family and I are very appreciative for all the care that the staff on her floor have provided her.
