My mom had a knee replacement. She needed more time to recover. Don''t get me wrong some of the people there are great. But they can''t be there all the time. My mom should NEVER worry about being a burden. She would buzz the nurse to use the restroom and no one would come. After awhile she couldn''t hold it. She sat and marinated in her own urine for an hour. More then once. They have SOME great people working there. I don''t know if it is a training issue or administration, but there is a problem. Furthermore my mom wasn''t drinking much water or eating for fear she would need to use the restroom.

Very clean and welcoming place. The leaders have been there a long time and built a good team, everyone is really helpful and answers all my questions. Always willing to make the extra effort to help the residents comfortable.
