Very nice place but they charge a one time "community fee" of $3000. Jamie was nice enough to knock that in half but $1500 was too much for my mother on a fixed income. I work out of town so I was going to go into their office next Friday and sign paperwork and my mom would arrive the following Monday. They were going to charge me $180 for two days. Mom wasn''t even moving in yet. It seemed like a clean place but in dealing with elderly care NO ONE I''ve contacted charges a community fee. I''ve contacted The Veranda Waterford at Carpenter''s Creek And the Villages. No one time fee. I would have had to pat $6000 simply to move mom into the Belvedere.
Read moreMy mother has been here for a month.. Worst place to leave your love ones.. They don''t tend to the clients on time.. People are always falling because they don''t watch the clients.. Meds are always late, and never right.. Its to expensive for bad service.. The staff sucks.. An they are racist..
Thoz place is a very good place
My loved ones looked at a larger community but opted for Belvedere Commons for the smaller community feeling. They have made friends and are very happy. Staff are very attentive and helpful.
Our family had an in person tour and the staff members were very friendly but the facility was a bit run down. We did like the dining area. The residents are allowed to help themselves to fruit and other items throughout the day if they wish.
Our stay was a short term stay but to no fault of the community. The staff members and their friendliness get 10 stars. The meals and dining service was very good. Right when you walked into Belvedere Commons you just felt welcomed, it did not have that "cold" feeling to it. Based on the experience ...
