Worst facility in the world, staff lie on status reports, fight with patients, entire building reeks of piss because of lack of care.

I have been using infusion center in the Heart and Lung building since it opened. I could not ask for a better group of nurses, front office personnel, the druggist and the assistant to the nurses. I appreciate everything each of them do for me every four weeks when I’m there for my infusion. I’ve become like an old fixture there, and I can honestly say, each of them have become like family to me.

I do not recommend this facility. My 90 year old grandma wasn’t cared for well here. The staff (Tina) bullied my grandma, ignored the power of attorney, changed doctor appointments (which is illegal). But the worst thing was the nurses (not understaffed to mention) would leave my elder grandma on ...
I do not recommend this facility. My 90 year old grandma wasn’t cared for well here. The staff (Tina) bullied my grandma, ignored the power of attorney, changed doctor appointments (which is illegal). But the worst thing was the nurses (not understaffed to mention) would leave my elder grandma on the toilet for 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately my grandma was too weak to pull herself up to the walker. My grandma was at Rolling Hills to get treatment and rehab for ammonia. Luckily with the help of my grandmas regular doctors office the family was able to bring her home and get her in home care. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. South Dakota state health has been informed and are working on the case.
