Your facility is extremely clean and for the most part professional & present. I would like to give an extra shout out to April, Dulce and Afra. Those 3 have the greatest bedside manner. I appreciate the entire facility but those 3 we saw a lot of.

The place is absolutely wonderful. THE ENTIRE STAFF.The place is clean,no fowl smells at all. We all struggle with finding a facility to care for our loves ones whether it be short term,or long term.The social workers assisted with making sure my mom had everything needed once she was discharged and we are forever grateful!.The nurses are kind and very approachable. I have been trying to contact my brother for 2 and a half weeks, and the staff not effectively sending or finding my brother when I call directly to his room or to the front desk. I live over 2000 miles away from this facility and can''t visit regularly. Sadly, this pp contributed to my brothers death on Nov 2, 2023 by not cleaning him up nor working towards getting him active enough to help him to push past the situation of what put him there to begin with.

My grandma stayed here, the workers don’t care. They will lie on the patients when they are caught doing something wrong, no accountability. They didn’t feed her on time and claimed it was bc they didn’t know she moved to another room, how do you not know where your patients are? They brought it to her room hours later and it was cold. She had a knee replacement and gave her the wrong equipment to use to help get bettter and now she has to pay out of pocket, but once again they take no accountability. The food is terrible. The workers will be on their phones when they hear u need assistance. They don’t care about you. Don’t go here at all. Nothing is good about this place. A nurse also told her she couldn’t put her socks on bc her acrylic nails are too long. I would put zero if I could.

Lisa, the nurse practitioner, was excellent and helped us in many different ways. Jonathon, the director, was also very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place above the others in the area.
