Do not send your loved one here!!!! I would give 0 if I could. My sister or I visited everyday to keep an eye on our mother and ended up moving her to a different facility. The staff would not give my mother water throughout the day because they were too lazy to change her. In fact the day she moved my sister was there and her male CNA literally said no to giving her water because she was moving that day. We ended up bringing water bottles for our mother because they were filling the water they did bother to give from the sink. Then they put the water out of her reach. We found her almost everyday in there same clothes we left her in the night before. Sometimes they didn’t feed her breakfast or lunch or both because again too lazy to change her. My mom was there for rehab to walk again after a horrible injury and we found out they were using a Hoyer lift which impeded her ability to ambulate and by the way if in someone’s records may prevent an ALF from accepting them. Complaints made to the administrator and the senior nurse admin multiple times but nothing changed. It’s true English is a second language for the staff which isn’t an issue unless your parent has dementia and can’t understand what the staff is saying. All in all I found an untrained, lazy staff with management that didn’t give a damn. I won’t even get into all the missing clothes when we told the staff in English and Spanish through signage family will do laundry.

Hello my name is Mr. Roberts and I stayed at Belair for quite sometime now. I just discharged and I enjoyed my stay there and liked all the staff who took care of me. I miss the staff at Belair. The food was good and if I wanted extra or another meal I got what I wanted. Belair became my home and I would recommend this facility to others. Thanks Mr. Roberts.
Read moreI started with Guardian Healthcare in 2020. I can honestly say they are a company that puts the resident first. I have been in healthcare since 2010 and there is no other company that I would rather work for.
My dad was there up until he got sick and sent to the hospital. He was supposed to get physical therapy and they never made him do it. And when we went to pick up his stuff after he passed we were missing something like his cell phone and wedding ring. But we did get the cell phone charger back.

My name is Richard, and my stay at Belair was pleasant, the staff treated me well and it was introduced to the Nursing Manger and Administration when I arrived. The girls took good care of me and were prompt to respond to my bell. Food was not bad and any issues I had were taken down and solved for me. I was a tough patient to put up with, but everyone treated with with respect. Yes I would stay here again.
