Place is a joke trying to tell people that they have to buy there own soap for time to wash them up and the head of nurses does nothing and they abuse there patients and take forever to answer the call light it''s time to call a higher up

Unacceptable care, staff is rude and unprofessional, I don''t know where this place ever got a license from but it sb closed and all staff should be removed from the medical field. I hope someday the staff is put in a place just like this and receive the same treatment. As far as Im concerned I wouldnt recommend this place or its staff to an enemy never mind a loved one. If you dont like your job quit, but neglecting patience is not acceptable. Grateful none of my loved ones are in this dumb anymore. If your loved ones are placed here, go everyday, twice a day because they are not taking care of them. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Even Bristol Elders arent taking the complaints seriously. Its sad that place like this are getting paid to do a job, but know one does it and the patience suffer with no consequences to the staff.
