Like any health-care facility, they have their Superstars. Special shout out to Jesse B., Julie L., Amy, James, Roberto, Activity Director - Steve M., and new receptionist - Michelle, for a job well done! Now, if we can just get the folks from "Agency" to improve their game, you''d have an All-star team. 😉 Prestige employees - please keep up the good work! In gratitude, Rose D.

My mother has been in a long-term care facility since 2019. She is in the memory care unit. Prestige Healthcare Management took over the facility on April 5, 2022. I am very satisfied with the care she receives at the facility. She is always neat and clean when I visit her. All of the staff are very open to any questions or concerns I have. I watch the staff interact with my mother. I see them interact with other residents. The interactions are always patient, positive, and caring. They are excellent in keeping me informed regarding any changes in my mother''s condition. I believe this is the best place for my mother. I have no concerns regarding her placement.
