[names removed] GREAT EMPLOYEES VERY KIND TREAT THE RESIDENTS WITH LOVE MAKE YHE PERSON FEEL AT HOME. THIS WAS THE DAYS THEY WERE THERE. WHEN THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME EVEN IF YOUR FAMILY DO COME BY TO VISIT IS OK, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO BE SAD.
Not only is the staff welcoming and accommodating they are top notch! [name removed] made our move to skilled nursing for my Mom warm and welcoming! Baywind Village is a beautiful facility! PT, OT and speech therapy is the best!
Staff there is VERY unprofessional and VERY RUDE especially HR. The DON is RUDE. This place is NOT the place to work if you are a good/Hard worker because the people there DO NOT follow the chain of command even though they tell you to. 💀

Techs: [name removed] and [name removed], CNA: [name removed] Clerical: [name removed] and [name removed] Maintenance: [name removed], [name removed] [name removed] [name removed] Presentor: [name removed], Insurance: [name removed] [name removed] Nurses: [name removed] and [name removed] Administrator: [name removed] These people made our experience safe and comfortable. We were at Baywind for 26 days in the rehab wing. I would highly recommend Baywind rehab and these staff members to anyone for their loved one.

I would not recommend Baywind to my worst enemy. My mother in law was up there for 3 weeks for Rehab after breaking her left arm and her right knee. No baths were given unless we made them. she has bed sores, because they didn''t help in turning on her side. She had ants in her bed, that hey finally...

No baths were given unless we made them. she has bed sores, because they didn''t help in turning on her side. She had ants in her bed, that hey finally made a decision 24 hours later to move her to another room, after she''d been bitten all night. If you have any kind of compassion for human life, please go find another facility for your loved ones.
