We had a terrible experience at Bayshore Point and I would never recommend this place to anyone. My mother cried out at night for 3 days telling the nurses she could not breathe and the nurses and the doctor said it was because she was anxious. After begging the attending nurse to call the doctor and when he finally made an appearance the next day, my mother''s hemoglobin levels had decreased to 7 and she had to be admitted to the hospital . If we hadn''t begged she may have died in that facility. Don''t send your loved one at Bayshore Point.

My aunt has been a patient here for almost 2 weeks. She has been provided excellent care here by the entire clinical, rehab and administrative team. The nurses and CNA''s have provided the care and compassion well above our familiy''s expectation. We are shocked at how much she has thrived at this facility. She says she hasn''t felt this good in a long time. She absolutely loves the food and has even put on some much needed weight. The team at Bayshore pointe deserves to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to providing good care for their residents. Thank you Bayshore staff for everything you do!

Several years ago, the folks at Bayshore Point Rehab literally saved my aunt''s life! Recently my sister-in-law was in dire need of rehab after an ER/Hospital stay and luckily we were able to get her into Bayshore Pointe! Her mental and physical state were beyond challenging and we were desperate for help. The staff at Bayshore Pointe showed incredible compassion, respect, teamwork, patience and commitment to her care as well as to their communication with her family. Even the Director of therapy was actively involved in her progress! I cannot say enough about Bayshore Pointe and their staff! Every one who worked with her was so kind and did such a great job with her. The facility is clean and comfortable and from the minute we were warmly greeted by the receptionist though the day we got to take her home we were treated like family by everyone there. My sincere appreciation goes out to her doctors, nurses, therapists, food staff, cleaning staff...and everyone who had a hand in caring for her. After a week under their care she looks better than she has in years, is eating great and is moving so much better! If I ever find myself in need of a rehab center...it WILL be Bayshore Point!
