This is the worst place in USA history. Don’t bring your love ones here, you will be seeing them in a body bag within a week maybe two weeks. warning
Anyone in their right mind would turn away from this place, run and go live under a bridge for better care, sanity and cleanliness. Lost a loved one
This place needs to be shut down!!! OSHA VIOLATIONS! Blood and Urine not being cleaned/disposed properly. Staff neglects patients .

You''re wondering if you or a loved one should stay at Bay Point Nursing Rehabilitation facility. The best advice I can give you is go someplace else!! There were a handful (and trust me when I say only a handful) of exceptional employees. One RN, one CNA, two aides(don''t get me started on the aides!), two PT therapists, one maintenance man and two staff doctors. The food is lousy and leaves everything to be desired. The semi-private rooms are small and dated. PT, OT & Speech therapists, except for the two I mentioned above, seem to lack motivation. I was there approximately 3.5 months and that was 3.5 months too long. Do your research and find someplace else to go.

My grandmother has been there 2 months and come to find out they haven''t showered her since. She is blind and I found rotten molded grapes next to her bedside. Since ive visited the nurses and cnas there are very rude. Bathrooms are never clean when I visit. 1 Star is even too much. Our family is working on getting my grandmother out of that place.... anyone know where and I can complain to because I doubt the higher up there would care too much.
