A very close friend of mine is a resident and I visit her regularly. If you can choose to put your loved one anywhere else, do so. The quality of care at this facility is extremely poor. My friend''s family is not local so there no one to hold the staff accountable, and they do not listen to me because as a friend, I hold absolutely no power and they know it. My heart breaks for her.
